Dr. Gary Gute
Gary is a creativity and flow researcher, founder of the Creative Life Research Center and the Human Potential Project at the University of Northern Iowa, and Associate Professor. Gary and Csikszentmihalyi worked on many projects on flow for leadership development and psychological complexity.

Zoe Hart
As the fourth American woman to attain IFMGA certification. Beyond her mountaineering feats, Zoe is a passionate environmentalist, community builder, and advocate for breaking down barriers. From founding non-profits to inspiring action, her journey is a testament to embracing the unknown and transforming challenges into opportunities for positive change.

Dr. Jef van den Hout
Jef is an associate professor at The Hague University of Applied Sciences and guest lecturer at Eindhoven University of Technology, Aarhus University and the Erasmus University Rotterdam. Jef holds a PhD in the conceptualisation and measurement of team flow and from there an approach to spark team flow in professional organizations. His current research interests are flow, team flow, optimal collaboration, sustainable performance and challenge based learning environments.

Dr. David J. Shernoff
David J. Shernoff is Director of the Rutgers Center for Mathematics, Science, and Computer Education and Associate Professor of School Psychology at the Rutgers University Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology, where he teaches courses on social and developmental foundations of human behaviour. He specialises in Motivation and youth engagement, mentoring, educational video games, early career development, and positive psychology.

Dr. Anna Waters
Dr. Anna Waters is a performance psychology expert with 20+ years of experience. She holds a PhD from Bangor University and has worked with prestigious organisations like the British Olympic Association and UK Athletics.
