Cameron is the founder and CEO of the Flow Centre. He is a coach, entrepreneur, author, board advisor, and keynote speaker. Cameron has been a junior British tennis player, and awarded the Outstanding Academic Achievement Prize for reports surrounding flow and performance. Cameron has coached numerous World Champion athletes and high achieving professionals. Cameron sits on a number of company boards looking to integrate flow.
Derek is a positive psychology practitioner, author, flow coach and alpine ski teacher. He has spent the last 34 years teaching skiing to people of all ages and abilities. He has worked for a number of organisations and national governing bodies/organisations training and examining ski instructors. In addition he has helped to structure and develop educational pathways and learning resources for these organisations. Derek has always been passionate about the psychology of learning, and writes regularly on flow. Derek is the owner of the Parallel Dreams Coaching Academy.
Valentijn is a coach, business owner, climber, ski-mountaineer and meditator. He is a flow seeker by heart. Valentijn has worked in the corporate sector for over a decade, helping organisations to become more agile and improve their flow of value. He also coached teams to enhance their flow of collaboration and coached professionals to develop a mindset for agility and flow. Motivated as he is in helping organisations and people transform into a better version of themselves, he decided it was time to walk the talk himself and commit to his own personal transformation. In 2021 he put his business on hold and traveled to India were he stayed for eight months to immerse himself into the ancient tradition of classical yoga. Setting aside all comforts of modern life to build a stable platform for more balance, intensity and clarity, through the intense conditioning of his body, mind, emotions and energies beyond their limitations.
Sue has extensively researched Flow. With her mentor and the original researcher of Flow, Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, Sue has written the popular book on Flow for athletes and coaches, Flow in Sports; The Keys to Optimal Experiences and Performances . In addition, Sue has an extensive publication record on flow in sport, and has worked in academic positions in sport and exercise psychology for many years. Sue is also an accredited psychologist (Australian Psychological Society, APS), yoga teacher, and meditation teacher.
John was awarded an Order of Australia Medal (OAM) for his role in education. Since 1980, John has fulfilled a wide range of roles at Geelong Grammar School, including Acting Principal. He has been instrumental in the school’s development of Positive Education and founded the School’s Relationship Reparation Programme. John has also enjoyed a long and distinguished cricket career. John is an established keynote speaker for topics on resilience, performance, flow, and developing cultures towards flow.
