The Presentation

NONDUAL AWARENESS and FLOW

What is Nondual Awareness, and what does it have to do with Flow? This presentation demonstrates the difference between Dualistic Awareness and Nondual Awareness through two experiential practices:

- The first is a physical practice demonstrating Nondual Awareness of Time.
- The second is a visual practice demonstrating Nondual Awareness of Space.

Then, we’ll use these practices to consciously generate Nondual Group Flow, to be followed by a thought experiment on the space-time dynamics of Nondual Flowing Presence.

Hint: They are right in front of our eyes.
