Fergie is the founder of adventure sports activewear brand FLŌA and Head of Growth at AI video startup Yepic. Fergie has spent over 20 years in startups, first with his own ski & snowboard training company Base Camp, then as Head of Marketing for one of Asia’s fastest growing prop-tech startups and more recently as an investor at the European Institute of Innovation Technology. He has been involved with over 10 startup accelerators and 100s of startups during which time he has gained a unique insight into the pressures startups and their founders face, and how they can use Flow principles such as Awareness, Goals, Feedback and Focus to consistently perform at the highest level and give themselves and their business the best chance of success.
About the Speaker
Fergie Miller founded and spent ten years at Base Camp training over 2,000 ski & snowboard instructors before spending 8 years working in tech startups, including at over 5 accelerators covering Seed to Series A, before returning to action sports.
