Flow in the context of work 4.0
Frequent flow experiences have a beneficial effect on general well-being and positive emotions as well as on performance. This makes flow a state that is particularly useful in the work context. However, due to digitalization and the introduction of artificial intelligence methods, working conditions are continuously changing and new challenges as well as opportunities arise. In the lecture, the effects of modern working conditions on the flow experience will be examined. In addition, the opportunities of artificial intelligence for the research and promotion of flow experience in the workplace will be presented.
