Refunds 

Our terms and conditions state that all upgraded packages are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds, credit notes or rollovers to future conferences. If you have purchased the Flow Coach package, refunds (minus Unlimited Access package or Flow Certified package costs) are available outside 30 days prior to course commencement.

Upgrades

If you want to upgrade from the FREE ACCESS to any other package, simply purchase the relevant package below. If you have already purchased a paid package and want to upgrade to another package, simply get in contact by clicking the 'Contact' button on the navbar to let us know which package you want to upgrade to and we will send you a payment link relevant to your situation that will include a $25 admin fee.
